At least 191 nations on our earth don't have Kim Jong-Il in their government. Does that lead to the conclusion that everybody but the North Koreans have to drink smelly water??????
I personally drink the tap water and it tastes and smells pretty good.
Apart from that: there is no need to deodorize water as clean water is never smelly.
